StoryLine:
Set in 1989 and inspired by real events, the film follows Canadian journalist Victor Malarek, who investigates the arrest of Daniel Léger, a former drug addict caught in a Thai drug bust. As Malarek digs deeper, he exposes a conspiracy that reveals how a low-level criminal became the victim of a setup by corrupt officials aiming to boost their careers.
